To expand our Assuria team we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant.
Objective:
Maintains contact with intermediaries and clients regarding acceptance and processing of quotations for new insurance policies and policy changes (verbal & written). Provides general and product information (in person and/or by telephone). Selling and managing insurance products quickly and efficiently, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies, resolve billing issues, and make policy recommendations.
Experience level:
- At least a higher professional education degree ( VWO)
- Team player with a keen eye for detail, high integrity, and a strong commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
