The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Pension Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Advising and assisting clients with inquiries related to pension products and services.
• Providing information and guidance on pension plans and options available.
• Managing client documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and databases related to client accounts.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
• Participating in training and development opportunities to stay informed about industry trends and updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pension customer service.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of pension products and familiarity with fiscal pension legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and Papiamentu (written and spoken).
